Restaurant Systems · Fusion Tech AI
Your restaurant website
should take the order.
Delivery apps take 15–30% of every order and keep your customer’s name, number and order history. We build the restaurant’s own website to take the order itself, with the POS running the kitchen and payment behind the scenes. Your brand, your customers, your money.

Flagship · Restaurant Systems
Same customer. Two very different checkouts.
Most restaurant sites stop being the restaurant the moment a customer is ready to buy — one click on “Order Online” and they're gone. We keep the whole experience inside the restaurant's own brand, and let the POS do what it does best behind the scenes. Flip the switch and watch the difference.
The customer gets handed off.
Tap “Check out” and the branded restaurant disappears — replaced by a generic third-party portal on a different domain. The restaurant just lost its customer at the most important moment.

We're not replacing the POS. Toast is excellent restaurant infrastructure — we let it run orders, payments, and the kitchen behind the scenes while the customer stays in the restaurant's own experience.
An example restaurant
A working demonstration of the whole idea — the customer experience, built and running:
Our restaurant customer-experience prototype is working today — living visual menu, photography, modifiers, and cart, all inside the restaurant's own site. Production Toast ordering and payment integration is pending API access; that's the layer we're building next, and we don't call it finished until it is.
Do the math
What the delivery apps take from you.
Type in what you sell through the apps each month. Pick the cut on your plan. That’s money leaving your restaurant before the food even leaves the kitchen.
Their cut on your plan
You hand over every year
$36,000
That’s $3,000 a month, plus your customers’ names and order history.

NEATH
And the website underneath it
The visible experience is only half the machine
Search engines should understand it. AI systems should understand it. Customers should love using it.
A Restaurant Systems build isn't just the ordering experience. The website underneath it is engineered the way a modern website should actually be built — the same foundation behind Website Recycling. Beautiful on top; technical layers all the way down.
Website Systems
Websites should work for the business.
Not a brochure. A site that's fast, understood by search and AI, and built to turn visitors into customers. This is our live practice, taking clients now: Website Recycling.

Made in America Roofing Philadelphia
Website rebuilt from the ground up, with a live roof-weather tool that tells the crew if it’s a good roof day.
Bai-tee Bakery + Cafe Chef’s Dinner page
An event page that tells the night like a story, with the chef’s own video invitation and seat reservations.
Chantal Apple, REALTOR® Eastern Shore, MD and DE
A waterfront real estate site that tells her Eastern Shore story, with a home-value request that lands straight in her inbox.
What else we build
The question travels beyond restaurants.
The same loop — understand it, challenge it, build it — applies to inventions, operating flows, and intelligence that reaches off the screen.
Bring us the napkin sketch.
Concept Engineering
Got an invention, a mechanism, a product idea that should exist? We research it, explore prior art, check feasibility, source real off-the-shelf parts, plan the hardware/software integration, and build toward a proof of concept.
We're not a patent attorney or a mass manufacturer — we turn a concept into a technically grounded path, and when it's right, a working prototype.
Why are you still doing it that way?
Business Flow Engineering
Duplicated work, bad handoffs, five disconnected tools doing one job, friction everywhere the customer touches you. We observe, map, challenge, redesign, integrate, and automate the way the business actually runs.
Broader than “AI consulting” — we re-engineer the operating flow, not just bolt a chatbot on.
Take intelligence off the screen and into the real world.
Applied R&D · Physical AI
Cameras, sensors, machine vision, robotics supervision, AR-assisted work, autonomous video systems — where software, AI, and physical hardware combine to make a better system. Active research directions and prototypes, clearly labeled as such — not shipping products.
Safety-critical systems keep hard local controls and human override. We explore what should exist; we don't overclaim what's built.

Ask about early accessHow we work
Understand it. Build it. Prove it.
The same loop, whether it's a restaurant, a workflow, or a machine.
Understand it
Sit with the real friction and ask why it has to work like that. Usually, it doesn't.
Build it
Research what's possible, design the better version, and engineer it for real: software, hardware, integration.
Prove it
Ship something that works and show it. Proof over promises.
Founder
“Why does it have to work like that?”
Ricky Parker
Builder · Systems thinker · Practical futurist
Ricky Parker tends to start with a question most people stopped asking. Then he does something about it — understands the problem, challenges the accepted process, researches what's possible, imagines the better version, and engineers a real one. Fusion Tech AI is where those questions become working systems.
The work validates the labels — not the other way around.

Straight answers
What restaurant owners ask us first.
Does this replace Toast?
No. Toast is excellent restaurant infrastructure. It keeps running orders, payments and the kitchen behind the scenes. We build the customer’s side: your own website, where they order without ever leaving your brand.
Is it working today?
The customer experience is a working prototype today: a living visual menu, photos, item options and a cart, all inside the restaurant’s own site. Production Toast ordering and payment is waiting on API access, and we don’t call it finished until it is.
What does it cost?
The first conversation and the first look at your current site are free. Restaurant builds are quoted per project, because every restaurant is different. Hands-on consulting and R&D is $100 an hour.
Can I still get orders from the delivery apps?
Yes, if you want them. Your own site just stops handing your customers away. Delivery through partners like Uber Eats or DoorDash connects where the partner provides API access.
What if I want to leave?
You own your content, your brand, your domain and your customer data, forever. If our service ever ends, we send you a clean copy of your site (HTML, CSS and images) so you can take it anywhere.

Got something that makes you ask, “Why does it work like THAT?”
Good. Those are our favorite problems. The first conversation is free — we'll hear the problem, kick the tires, and figure out whether there's something worth building. After that, hands-on consulting, research, R&D, concept engineering, and systems work is $100/hour. No giant consulting package. No corporate theater. Bring the problem. We'll start there.
Restaurant Systems and other productized builds are quoted per project — a full restaurant build isn't $100/hour.
