App: App Killer on Google Play (store name "App Killer by Fusion Tech", shown on the phone as "App Killer Purge", package com.fusiontechai.appkillerpurge)
Company: Fusion Tech AI LLC, 109 E Chestnut St, Salisbury, MD 21801, USA · ricky@fusiontechai.com
The short version
App Killer has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your app list and your app usage stay on your phone. App Killer doesn't send them to us or anyone else. We run no servers that receive data from the app. Payments go through Google Play.
What the app reads on your phone, and why
Everything in this table is used on your phone only. None of it is sent to Fusion Tech AI.
| What | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| The list of apps installed on your phone, and whether Android has stopped each one | To show your apps, tag the ones Android left ON, and keep critical apps (phone, keyboard, home screen, Settings, the Play Store, VPN apps) protected | Every time you open the app |
| When you last used each app (Android "Usage access") | To tag recently used apps and to notice apps that come back on their own | Only if you turn on Usage access in Android Settings. Optional. |
| The buttons on Android's Settings screens (Accessibility service) | To press Force stop and OK on the apps you chose, tap Clear all on your recent-apps screen after a purge, and, if you turned on Keep killed apps asleep or tapped Put to sleep, set that app's battery to Restricted | Only while a purge or Put to sleep that you started is running. Optional, but purging needs it. |
| Phone facts: model, Android version, memory, storage, SD card, battery level, health and temperature, uptime | For the on-screen phone report and the gauges | While those screens are open |
The voice is made of pre-recorded clips. The app does not use your microphone, camera, location, contacts, messages, photos or files.
What the app keeps on your phone
In the app's private storage, which other apps can't read:
- Your settings: the apps you protected, sound on or off, the Keep killed apps asleep switch, and your best VYXATOR score.
- When App Killer last stopped or put to sleep each app, so it can tell you when an app comes back on its own.
- Your subscription status (one on/off flag), and how many of the free purges and free VYXATOR spins you've used.
- A short log, kept to the last 200 lines, of what Keep killed apps asleep and Put to sleep did, by app name (for example "Chrome: stopped + kept off").
- A temporary picture of your VYXATOR score when you tap Share.
What leaves your phone
Only these, and none of them include your app list or your app usage:
- Google Play purchases. When you subscribe or restore a purchase, Google Play handles the payment under Google's own terms. We never see your card or payment details. The app only asks Google Play, on your phone, whether your account has an active subscription.
- Google Play Billing diagnostics. The Google Play Billing library inside the app sends Google technical information about its own operation, such as whether connections to Google Play succeed or fail. Google uses it to run and improve billing. We don't receive or control this data. It's sent encrypted.
- The free-trial counts. So the 3 free purges and the 100 free VYXATOR spins don't restart when the app is reinstalled, the app stores two numbers (how many of each you've used) in Google Play services' Block Store. They're copied to your Google account only when Google reports they can be end-to-end encrypted. They contain nothing else.
- Your own Google backup. If Google backup is on, Android may back up the app's settings, counts and log to your Google account, as it does for other apps. We can't read it. You control it in Android Settings → Google → Backup.
- Things you choose to share. If you tap Share, you pick the app it goes to. A purge share contains your purge count (or a line about what App Killer does) and our Google Play link. A score share contains a picture of the VYXATOR screen, your score and our Google Play link.

What we don't do
- No ads and no advertising ID.
- No analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services.
- No account, sign-in, email or phone number collection.
- No AI decides or does anything in the app. The Accessibility service follows the same fixed steps every time.
- We don't sell, rent or share personal information. We don't have any to sell.
Accessibility service
App Killer uses Android's Accessibility service only to press buttons for you on Android's own Settings screens: Force stop and OK on the apps you chose, Clear all on your recent-apps screen after a purge, and Battery → Restricted when you turned on Keep killed apps asleep or tapped Put to sleep. It does nothing until you start it. It doesn't read your screen for anything else. Nothing it sees is stored beyond the short log above, and nothing is sent anywhere. App Killer shows a notice and asks before you turn it on. You can turn it off any time in Android Settings → Accessibility.
Your choices
- Accessibility and Usage access are both optional and can be turned off any time in Android Settings. Without Accessibility, App Killer can't press Force stop for you; without Usage access, only the RECENT tags are missing.
- Keep killed apps asleep is off until you turn it on. An app put to sleep opens normally when you tap its icon, and you can set its battery back in Android Settings.
- You can cancel your subscription any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or with MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION in the app.
Keeping and deleting your data
All app data lives in the app's private storage on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or Android Settings → Apps → App Killer Purge → Storage → Clear storage, deletes it. The free-trial counts in Block Store stay with Google Play services on purpose, so a reinstall doesn't restart the free trial. Your Google backup can be managed or deleted in your Google account. We don't hold any data about you, so there's nothing for us to delete. If you have a question, email us.
Children
App Killer is made for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. The app doesn't collect personal information from anyone, so we don't knowingly collect any from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. If a change affects what leaves your phone, we'll also say so in the app's update notes, and before any new kind of data is sent, the app will tell you and ask.
